Professional Malpractice
We represent individuals and companies in professional malpractice actions against accountants, brokers, advisors and other fiduciaries. See Seafirst Corp. v. Jenkins, 644 F. Supp. 1152 (W.D. Wa. 1986). The actions are varied, and include cases based on intentional wrongdoing in addition to negligent conduct and breaches of fiduciary duties.
We also defend cases alleging breaches of fiduciary duty. See Diamond Parking, Inc. v. Frontier Ltd. Partnership, 72 Wash.App. 314, 864 P.2d 954 (1993).
