Mr. Robbins Greene, of counsel to the firm, is a civil rights attorney focusing on workers’ rights and health care. He is a member of the Washington State Bar Association and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington.
As a long-time community organizer and advocate, Mr. Robbins Greene was instrumental in passing a law that protects access to gender affirming care in Washington State. He has presented at legal conferences, universities, and organizations on the topic of worker rights, gender affirming care access, and gender-identity discrimination.
Mr. Robbins Greene received his undergraduate degree from The Evergreen State College, and his law degree from University of Washington. After graduating law school, he worked for the Washington State Attorney General’s Office as an Assistant Attorney General, representing agencies in administrative forums, state courts, and advising on rulemaking. Since 2020 Mr. Robbins Greene has been litigating class actions and individual discrimination cases representing workers, consumers, and policy holders.
